What StartupList is

StartupList is a marketplace that helps startups discover credits, discounts, and deals ("deals") offered by third-party software vendors ("vendors"). We surface these deals and connect you to the vendor — we don't provide the underlying products or the deals themselves.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be a real company and use a genuine work email to create an account.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for activity under your account.
• Providing false company or eligibility information may result in losing access.

Deals are provided by vendors

• Deals are created, funded, and fulfilled by the vendors, not by StartupList.
• Eligibility, availability, value, and terms of any deal are set by the vendor and can change or end at any time.
• We don't guarantee that any deal will be available to you, honored, or accurate, and we're not responsible for vendors' products, decisions, or conduct.

Your data

When you apply for a deal, we share your profile with the relevant vendor, and we may share startup data with vendors and partners as described in our Privacy Policy. By using StartupList, you consent to that sharing.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — including scraping, attempting to access other users' data, submitting false information, or interfering with the platform.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the service or any deal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StartupList will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any deals provided (or not provided) by vendors.

Changes

We may update the service or these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
